Cancellations and ticket changes

Lots can happen between the day you book your ticket and the day you’re scheduled to board. We ask that you notify us as soon as your schedule changes, the change and cancellation policy is as follows.

Refunds and cancellations reimbursed in the form of a discount coupon for a future purchase:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: 90% promo code
  • From 48 to 24 hours before departure: 50% promo code
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: 20% promo code

Change requests are free of charge for changes such as passenger name, phone number, or email address. Any rerouting, changes of dates or departure times are subject to the same terms as defined for cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: 90% promo code
  • From 48 to 24 hours before departure: 50% promo code
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: 20% promo code
